Quotes and availability

Submitting a request does not place an order. Product styles and imagery illustrate possibilities; stock, specifications, quantity, production method, price and lead time are confirmed in the quote. Quote validity and any assumptions or exclusions are stated with the offer.

Production and approvals

Required artwork, samples where arranged, specifications and order details are approved before custom production proceeds. Review text, sizing, colors, print locations and quantities carefully. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing.

Artwork and samples

Provide artwork you are authorized to use. Design work, digitizing, sample production, revision scope and ownership or transfer of editable artwork are addressed in the relevant quote. Sample availability, charges and lead time vary by product.

Pricing, payment and delivery

The quote identifies applicable product, customization, setup, packaging and delivery costs, including taxes or import charges as included, estimated or excluded. Payment schedules and shipping or installation responsibilities are agreed before ordering. Production timing depends on approvals, product availability and the chosen route.

Returns, defects and order issues

Custom-made or decorated products should not be assumed to be returnable for a change of mind. Return eligibility and any defect or replacement remedies are defined in the order terms. Report an issue to hello@easysupply.us with your order reference, photos and description so it can be reviewed against the approved specification. Do not return products without agreed instructions.

Institutional purchasing

Share applicable eligibility, country-of-origin, documentation, delivery and acceptance requirements before quoting. Agency-specific conditions and required qualifications are reviewed for each purchase. Website category listings do not establish contract status, certification or product compliance.
