Information you provide

Quote requests can include your name, organization, email, phone, product requirements, delivery details and optional files. We use these to assess the request, prepare sourcing options and communicate with you.

How requests are delivered

The online form uses FormSubmit to process and email submissions to hello@easysupply.us. FormSubmit’s documentation states that submission records are retained for 30 days and uploaded files are not available through its archive API. Information and attachments also become part of the receiving email account. You may email us directly instead of using the form.

Suppliers and fulfillment

We may share relevant specifications, artwork, delivery requirements and contact details with production, sourcing or logistics providers as needed to quote or fulfill your request. Discuss special confidentiality requirements before sending restricted documents.

Customer privacy

We do not publish customer names, logos or identifying projects without permission. Please do not submit classified, controlled, financial-account or unnecessary sensitive personal information through this website.

Website attribution and security

Campaign tags and advertising click identifiers in a visiting URL may be held in your browser’s session storage and included with a quote request to understand its source. This version does not load advertising pixels or analytics trackers. A successful request emits a local conversion event without names, emails or uploaded content. The form service and hosting infrastructure may process connection information for delivery and abuse prevention.

Retention and requests

Quote and order correspondence may be retained to support ongoing discussions, orders and recordkeeping. Contact hello@easysupply.us to ask about your information, request corrections or discuss removal, subject to records needed for an active order or required retention.
