Send the original vector PDF, AI or EPS file when available. Keep an editable original and provide a copy with fonts outlined where possible.
A file extension alone does not establish whether artwork is vector. We review the contents for the selected process.
PHOTOS & IMAGE ARTWORK
Your best image file
Send the highest-resolution PNG, JPG or WebP you have, plus the intended print dimensions. A screenshot or enlarged small logo may need preparation.
We confirm suitability for the actual product, print area and decoration method.
NOT FINISHED YET?
Start with a reference
A rough layout, sketch or existing product photo can explain the idea. Include the wording, colors and placement you want.
Artwork preparation, revisions and any charges are agreed before that work starts.
Include the details the file cannot tell us.
Product and approximate print / embroidery location
Finished artwork size, colors and any brand color references
Exact wording, spelling and any mandatory information
Known material, durability or purchasing requirements
The quote form accepts one file up to 5 MB: PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP, CSV, XLSX, DOCX, TXT, AI or EPS. Email additional files to hello@easysupply.us. Contact us first for restricted documents.
FOUR DIFFERENT QUESTIONS
Which proof or sample do you actually need?
Type
Helps you review
What to confirm
Digital artwork proof
Layout, wording, placement, size and specified colors
Does not verify physical color, material, fit, durability or performance
Blank product sample
Shape, fit, material, finish and dimensions of the selected product
Whether the sample is the exact proposed item; it does not show your decoration
Decoration / material sample
A representative method, finish, print or material
Whether it represents your final product and artwork or only the process
Custom pre-production sample
The proposed product with your specified customization
Cost, approval criteria, production differences and additional lead time
Sample availability, charges and schedules depend on the actual item and production route. Request the sample type in your brief; it is included only when stated in the quote.
THE APPROVAL CHECKLIST
Pause at the proof. Check the whole order.
Screen colors can differ from physical output. Share critical color references, then ask how they can be reviewed for the chosen material and method.
Changes after approval can affect cost and timing. We define the order details and required approvals before production is authorized.
Artwork questions, answered.
Does uploading a logo authorize production?
No. A quote request starts the review. Production follows the required artwork, specifications and order approvals.
Can you create or prepare artwork?
We can coordinate artwork preparation and design scope. Tell us what you have and what is missing; revisions and any charges are confirmed first.
Is a mockup the same as a product sample?
No. A digital proof illustrates layout. Request a physical sample when material, fit, finish or performance affects the decision.
