01 / FIT FOR YOUR BUSINESS
A good label does more than look good.
Start with the surface and the conditions. That tells us more than choosing a finish from a picture.
Bottles & jars
Curves, moisture and handling
Tell us the container material, shape and whether it will be chilled, wet or handled with oily hands. We review film or paper, adhesive and finish against those conditions.
THE BUYING CHECK
Check a proposed label on your actual container when adhesion or durability is critical.
Boxes & packaging
Branding, seals and opening
Share the board or bag surface and whether the label is decorative, a seal or intended to be removable. Texture and coatings can affect adhesion.
THE BUYING CHECK
Include the surface finish and what should happen when the customer removes the label.
Product & retail labels
Fine detail, variants and application
Include label dimensions, artwork versions and any barcode or fine-text requirements. For an applicator, add roll direction, core size and machine specifications.
THE BUYING CHECK
Confirm the application format before committing to roll or sheet production.
Define the finished label.
Send width × height or diameter, plus the surface it will stick to. Illustration is not a cutting template.
02 / THE RIGHT SPECIFICATION
Know what you’re comparing.
Use these points to describe your requirement and review the proposed product. We confirm the actual construction and availability in the quote.
01
Paper labels
Dry-use presentation and packaging
Review: Moisture exposure, surface texture and finish.
02
Film labels
Applications needing a more durable face material
Review: Adhesive, ink and finish must also suit the conditions.
03
Clear / specialty appearance
A specific look on the selected container
Review: Contrast, white-ink requirements and print coverage.
03 / A USEFUL PRICE COMPARISON
Compare the whole order. See where the cost goes.
Ask for the quantities you actually use. We define the product, print, setup and delivery scope so you can compare like for like.
01
Finished size & shape
Material usage and any custom cutting setup.
02
Material, adhesive & finish
Compare a construction that suits the use, rather than appearance alone.
03
Quantity & artwork versions
Request several volumes; split quantities by design where needed.
04
Format, setup & freight
Include roll / sheet format, preparation and delivery scope.
Pricing is quoted to your specification. Quantity examples are comparison requests, not published price breaks or minimums.
04 / CONFIDENCE BEFORE PRODUCTION
Check the print. Then check the application.
A digital proof helps you approve the design. It cannot show how the adhesive behaves on your container.
01 / REVIEW
Artwork & layout
Review finished size, crop, readability, artwork variants and the quoted finish.
02 / REVIEW
Material & adhesion
Ask about a material or printed sample when moisture, oils or a difficult surface matter.
03 / REVIEW
Application & repeat order
Confirm roll orientation or sheet layout and keep the approved specification for replenishment.
Sample type, availability, charges and timing are confirmed before that work begins. Required approvals come before production.
Can you quote waterproof or refrigerated-use labels?
Describe the actual exposure and when the label is applied. Face material, adhesive, print and finish all affect performance. We review suitable constructions; a film material alone does not establish a finished label’s performance.
Should I order labels on rolls or sheets?
Sheets can suit hand application; rolls may suit repeat use or equipment. If you use an applicator, share its core, roll width, outside diameter and unwind requirements so we can quote the right format.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on size, construction, print method and artwork versions. Send the quantity you need, or several quantities to compare. Example quantities on this page are not published minimums.
Can you match an existing label?
Send the current specification, a photo or a sample reference. Identify the surface and any performance issue you want to improve. The quote states the proposed construction and any differences.
Do I need finished artwork to request a quote?
No. Start with the use and quantity. We clarify artwork preparation, any charges and proof requirements before production.
