A QUOTE THAT FITS THE REQUIREMENT

The details that
make the difference.

Your quantity, specifications and deadline determine the options. We clarify the missing details before you commit.

01 / DEFINE

Choose for the job

Fabric, fit and garment style should match the setting. Tell us how the shirts will be worn and laundered, and any mandatory specification.

02 / DEFINE

Plan the size mix

A total quantity starts the quote. Add quantities by size and garment when available; we confirm size availability and any price differences.

03 / DEFINE

Put the logo in the right place

Print and embroidery suit different garments and artwork. Define each location, size and color requirement before approving production.

A useful brief starts here.

Not every detail needs to be finished. Send what you know.

  • Garment type, fabric and colors
  • Total quantity and size mix
  • Artwork and each decoration location
  • Required arrival date, delivery ZIP and reorder needs
A ROUTE AROUND YOUR PRIORITIES

Need it sooner?
Planning more volume?

We review production options against the actual order. Local customization can suit smaller quantities and tighter schedules. Planned overseas production can improve unit economics where the product and volume support it.

Local customization describes where decoration or print takes place; it does not establish the origin of the blank product. Minimums, samples and arrival dates are confirmed in the quote.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST

A few useful answers.

Can you print or embroider the shirts?

We coordinate screen printing and embroidery for suitable garments. The selected garment, artwork, quantity and use determine the quoted method.

Can I request several quantities?

Yes. List the quantities you want to compare against the same garment and decoration specification. These are quote comparisons, not published price breaks.

Can you supply a mix of sizes?

Yes—send the planned mix. We confirm the actual size range, garment availability and any size-related cost differences.

Can this become a reorder program?

Yes. Include the earlier product and artwork reference. We review current availability, specifications, minimums and pricing for each reorder.

Do the shirts shown establish a brand or garment specification?

No. The images illustrate customization. The actual garment, manufacturer, material, decoration and care information are confirmed in your quote.

PROCUREMENT IS THE FOUNDATION

Buying for an institution or working from an RFQ?

We support business purchasing lists and specification-based non-resale requirements, including inquiries for NEXCOM and MCCS. Origin restrictions, documentation and supplier eligibility are reviewed for the specific purchase.
